Faculty member Michael Ávila was recently selected as a 2022 OpEd Project Public Voices Fellow. This prestigious fellowship, which aims to bolster the voices of experts from underrepresented groups, recognizes Ávila's outstanding scholarship and places him among thought leaders across the nation.
