Bayleigh Breanne grew up in Draper, Utah where she began dancing to selections from The Little Mermaid. She studied contemporary dance, sociology and theatre arts at Brigham Young University (BYU). There, she trained with various choreographers and artists from around the country and Europe. Breanne was a fifth grade teacher for three years in New Orleans. Most recently, Breanne performed with New Orleans-based companies and choreographers: ELLEvate Dance Company, Mélange Dance Company, Artivism Dance Theatre, Arouna Guindo in residence with Binge Dance Festival and Jakki Kalogridis. She also trains in Waacking and Krump with mentors local to New Orleans. Breanne is interested in studying Krump and the role that footage plays in its growth, as well as using dance and character work to embody divinity.
