Dance Repertory Theatre in Austrian Dance Festival June 14 – July 5
For the fourth time since 2004, Dance Repertory Theatre has been invited to the Young! Tanzsommer summer dance festival in Austria. Under the direction of Lyn C. Wiltshire and Andrea Beckham, student dancers Matthew Bunker, Elizabeth Flagg, Yvonne Ferrufino, Natalie Freeman, Kara Newton, Chelsea Pierce, Caitlin Poulton, Shelby Smith, and community dancer Erilyn Wiltshire-Beer, will present original choreography to European audiences. The two-week tour will continue through Lienz, Axams and St. Johann, Austria as the dancers perform in the largest and first self-contained theatre in Europe, the Dogana Theatre; the Innsbruck for an audience of approximately 3,000 subscribers and school children; and the Elizabethinum, a support center for people with disabilities in Axams and in St. Johann in Tirol.

Recent Graduate Designs Exhibited at Prague Showcase June 16 – 26
Recent graduates, Alison Heryer (M.F.A. '10) and Ariana Schwartz (M.F.A. '10) will display work from four UT productions, Still Life with Iris, Br'er Wood, The Nomadic Dream Project, and the upcoming, The Difficulty of Crossing a Field at the Prague Quadrennial of Performance Design and Space June 16 – 26. The exhibition aims to present the most innovative projects, artists and experts in the field of theatre and performance design, and invites the national curators to help shape a stimulating event full of challenging ideas and installations.
