Graduate Program Coordinator
Mandy Vachon joined the Department of Theatre and Dance in July of 2026 as the Graduate Program Coordinator. In this role, she supports graduate students throughout their academic journey. Vachon comes to Theatre and Dance with a background spanning student affairs, first-year experience and
program coordination at The University of Texas at Austin. Throughout her career, she has focused on supporting underserved student populations like transfer, nontraditional students and student parents. Vachon holds a B.S. in Communication Studies and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy, both from The University of Texas at Austin. A native Austinite, Vachon can most likely be found on a patio, at a playground with her kids or taking a well earned nap when she's not at work.
