Gustavo A. Hernandez is a Colombian architect and first-year M.F.A. in Theatre candidate with a specialization in live design and production (scenic design) at The University of Texas at Austin. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master´s in Architecture from The National University of Colombia. Hernandez has been working as an architectural designer for five years, where he developed sensitivity when thinking about spatiality. During this time of work and study in the academy, he’s had the opportunity to experience theater as a spectator, which has fostered a deep interest in developing the skills of storytelling.
