Nikita Belykh was born in Siberia. He graduated from the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS in 2017. Between 2017 and 2020, Belykh staged experimental and immersive performances in Russia, working as a director and choreographer. He studied producing at Ca'Foscari University in Italy and staged an immersive performance at the Théâtre du Verre in Paris. Belykh has taught contemporary dance and performance art at his alma mater, the Russian Institute of Theatre Arts - GITIS as well as Moscow Art Theater School.
Since 2020, Nikita has spent his time directing and producing for film and advertising. He also curates and creates art for museums, galleries and other cultural institutions.
Nikita is currently is a M.F.A. in Theatre student with a specialization in directing at The University of Texas at Austin.
