His play Bloomsday is one of six finalists for the Harold and Mimi Steinberg/American Theatre Critics Association New Play Award, the largest award program of its kind.
Described as “tender, beautiful, and heartbreaking,” Bloomsday shares the story of Robbie, an American man, you returns to Dublin to find Cathleen, the woman who first captured his heart over 30 years earlier. The Harold and Mimi Steinberg/American Theatre Critics Association award will be presented April 9 at the Actors Theatre of Louisville during the Humana Festival of New American Plays.
