FronteraFest 2026 Short Fringe Features Work by Students and Alumni

UT Theatre and Dance students and alumni will present and perform in various new works as part of FronteraFest 2026 Short Fringe, taking place January 13-February 14, 2026. The FronteraFest Short Fringe presents a series of original, short-form performance art every week, culminating in the "Best of the Fest" in the final week of performances. 

The lineup of new work being presented includes He Said, She Said, written by Camden Factor and featuring  current students Jason Robalino, Max Cheng and Isaiah Jones among the cast.

Department of Theatre and Dance alumni are also significant contributors this year. Work by alumni includes Over the Lege by Stephanie Chiarello (B.A. 2019), Spyder Bytes co-created by Kelly Hasandras (B.A. 2005), One Day on the Camino co-created by Rupert Reyes (B.F.A. 1976) and La Cucaracha co-created by Demian Chavez Galvan (B.A. 2025).
