The University of Texas at Austin Department of Theatre and Dance is raising undergraduate scholarship funds to recruit, support, and promote emerging theatre and dance artists in Texas. With private support, The University of Texas at Austin Department of Theatre and Dance has the opportunity to recruit 25 of the very best dancers and actors each year.

Scholarship resources are critical to making UT Austin the preeminent theatre and dance program in the United States. Please join us in supporting our Texas Talent. Hook 'em!

Scholarship Gift Levels

Student Sponsor - $12,000

(May also be paid over four years)

  • Support a student for four years

Champion - $3,000

  • Support a student for one year

Friend - $1,000

  • A gift to the Texas Talent scholarship fund


Endowed Scholarships

Endowed scholarships may be established in your name, or in honor or memory of someone and will provide support for theatre and dance students in perpetuity.

Minimum endowed scholarship gifts are $25,000 and may be payable over a period of five years.
