Zachariah Ezer is a third-year M.F.A. in Theatre candidate with a specialization in playwriting whose work animates theoretical quandaries through dramaturgical forms. His plays include Address the Body! (The Echo Theatre Company, UTNT (UT New Theatre)), The Freedom Industry (The Playwrights Center, New York Stage & Film) and An Unclear World (Hi-ARTS), among others. He is a James A. Michener Fellow, a Playwrights' Center Core Apprentice and is currently under commission from Theater J. Ezer is also a dramaturg (who has worked with The National Black Theatre, The Workshop Theater and FoolsFury, among others), an essayist (published by Gizmodo/io9, HuffPost, The University of Texas' E3W & Bubbleblabber) and a performer in alternative rock band Harper's Landing.
