Jon Haas

Jon Haas is a M.F.A. in Design and Technology candidate with a focus in integrated media for live performance. He holds a B.A. in dramatic arts with a minor in anthropology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Haas is a multi-disciplinary artist whose interests and passions have led him through the realm of theatre, film, dance, studio art, anthropology and social justice. He received awards for the designs for Best of Enemies and Nocturne and for the multi-media production of Secrets I Never Told My Mother. His art piece, Moment, exhibited in Praxis and James Franco’s MONA: The Museum of Non-Visible Art show (2011). He was a contributing videographer for the award-nominated documentary Life in a Day (2011) produced by Ridley Scott.
