Unearthing "The Cataract": A Conversation with Lisa D'Amour and Will Davis

Audience members are invited to an intimate post-performance talk with The Cataract's playwright Lisa D’Amour and director Will Davis.

Lisa D’Amour is a Pulitzer Prize nominated playwright and an alumna of The University of Texas at Austin. Her acclaimed play Detroit (Pulitzer Prize in Drama finalist) is now playing at Playwrights Horizons in New York. Previously Detroit was produced at Steppenwolf Theatre Company and London’s Royal National Theatre.

Will Davis (formerly Daria Davis) recently directed the critically acclaimed production of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde at the Department of Theatre and Dance. She is a graduate of The Theatre School at DePaul University and is currently pursuing her master of fine arts at The University of Texas at Austin.

This engagement event is open to patrons of The Cataract, immediately following the evening's performance.
