From a sinister, one-eyed butcher to beguiling barflies, to a sweatshop, Anon must navigate through a chaotic, ever-changing landscape to find "home."

The Drowsy Chaperone

When a theatre fan introduces his favorite musical, the fictitious 1928 hit The Drowsy Chaperone, the characters come to life in this hilarious musical farce. Hailed by New York Magazine as "the perfect Broadway musical," the Tony Award-winner is a masterful meta-musical, poking fun at all the tropes that characterize the musical theatre genre.

Enron

Feb. 21 – Mar. 4, 2018

A "true story of false profits," Enron follows the astounding rise and fall of the Texas-based energy company. Presented as an epic myth complete with songs, dance, puppets and dinosaurs, Enron reveals the depth of deceit that led to one of the largest financial scandals in history.

Transcendence

Mar. 28 – Apr. 8, 2018

Under the direction of Charles O. Anderson, Andrea Beckham and Yacov Sharir, Transcendence is a celebration of the illustrious career of Dr. Yacov Sharir. The founder of the American Deaf Dance Company and Sharir Dance Company, Dr. Sharir's research and choreography features virtual environments and computerized movement. Transcendence is also the inaugural year of the Haruka Weiser Memorial Choreographic Fellowship.

UTNT (UT New Theatre) (2018)

Apr. 12 – 22, 2018

UTNT (UT New Theatre) presents newly developed works from playwrights of Texas Theatre and Dance and Michener Center for Writers. Now in its eleventh season, this showcase exists as an incubator for new work, with many continuing on to be professionally produced across the country.
