Dr. Katelyn Wood New Assistant Professor of Theatre and Performance at University of Virginia

Dr. Katelyn Wood (Ph.D. 2014) will begin a tenure-track position as an assistant professor of Theatre and Performance Studies in the Department of Drama at the University of Virginia. She’ll be teaching courses in performance history, feminism and critical race studies and dramaturgy.

Recent Ph.D. Dotun Ayobade to be Lecturer at UT Department of African and African Diaspora Studies

Dr. Dotun Ayobade has accepted a one-year Lecturer appointment in the African and African Diaspora Studies Department (AADS) at The University of Texas at Austin where he will be teaching courses in Yoruba history, language and culture, as well as West African Popular Culture with an emphasis on the iconic Afrobeat women.
